Play On! Kelowna Check-In Details
The time has come. The moment has arrived. You’ve been anticipating this all year long. Time to check your team in, and begin the mayhem and excitement that is Play On! Kelowna.

What you will do at Check-In:
1. Submit signed Waiver Forms and have ID for us to check.

*Without a signed waiver form, you can’t play. Make sure to get signed waiver forms for every member!
2. Pick up your t-shirts & player bags. These include some sweet swag from the Play On! Kelowna Sponsors, including Booster Juice
3. Purchase water bottles ($10.00), and by doing so, acquire the right to drink unlimited sports drinks all weekend long! Cause let’s admit it, Gatorade beats H2O anyday! Unless your Bobby Boucher, the Waterboy! Buy your water bottles as a team and pay only $7.00 each! Check out the bottles on our Instagram Page
4. Make any Player Additions or Player Changes.
This can be done at Check-In or on site up to one hour before your first game. Player changes and additions cannot result in a change of division. Be sure to check to make sure ages and divisions are correct so that your team doesn’t have to miss out! Remember that it is Cash only please.
If you cannot check-in Friday, please come Saturday AT LEAST an hour before your first game. Player bags and t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed at this point. So, if you want all the extra perks of checking in early, elect a captain, send him or her down Friday, so that your team doesn’t have to miss out! The Player Packs are something not to be missed!

Other Important Info:
- Participants are required to have ID with them at Check In and throughout the event. ID must show date of birth. ID for ALL Players will be checked at Check In and/or at the event.
- Tournament Schedules will be available online by 9:00 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Go to www.playon.ca and click on the Schedules Tab.
- Playoff Schedules will be posted on Saturday evening. Please visit playon.ca on Saturday night to see the Playoff Schedules.
- Games begin Saturday morning at 8:00 AM and Playoff games begin Sunday morning at 8:00 AM.
- All purchases and player additions need to be paid in cash.
